Sourdough Bread Making -- Volkornbrot ( Whole Rye Bread with Kernels) 

This is a super healthy whole grain rye bread rarely found outside of Germany. It is a highly fermented, chewy and delicious bread. This course will introduce you to the basics of baking breads with whole grains, and will learn the nutritional secrets behind sourdough bread making and get all the skills you need to make Volkornbrot at home. Course comes with everything you need to get started (except the bowl), rye kernels, whole meal rye flour and sourdough, and comes with a lifetime (mine or yours) of support. If you're having a problem or need more starter I'll help you out !

All About Beans: Why You MUST Eat Them Every Day and How to Do That

2018 was the "Year of the Pulse" (aka beans)! The bean food group -- lentils, chickpeas, black beans, adzuki beans, and the like -- is the most important and most neglected food group in our culture.  Studies show that the single most important predictor of longevity is bean eating, and there are just so many ways of eating beans. This course will teach you how to perfect the elusive bean burger, how to make a beans part of a salad,  and to use them in stews and casseroles. Get the information you need from bean nutrition to secrets of getting a picky eater to love beans.

Whole-Food Plant-Based Cooking and Nutrition

This is the full 10 hour program now in its 20th year! A complete training to change to a whole-food plant-based diet that is so powerful you'll need to talk to your doctor about reducing or eliminating many of your medications. Health problems like heart disease and diabetes are not in your genes, they are on your plate! Learn how to feed the fussiest eater the healthiest food and cook super delicious food you'll want to eat for the rest of your life!
